Arruzafa II Wonderful studio with large terrace and private garden, located in an exclusive residential area of Córdoba, just 5 minutes from the city centre. Part of a newly built development with a communal pool (open from April 1st to November 1st) and private parking. This bright studio is accessed through a furnished private garden. The open-plan interior features a living-dining area with sofa, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, double bed (150x200 cm), and access to a second terrace with outdoor dining area, which leads to the garden surrounding the property. There is also a full bathroom with shower. Located in La Arruzafa, a well-connected area with nearby bus stop, restaurants, supermarkets and entertainment. Just 2 km from Córdoba’s historic centre. The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them.
