One to be avoided

I had to extend my stay for work reasons and this was one of the few hotels in the area that was available, my stay was blighted by walls so thin you could here a forced whisper through them, while not filthy it could have been cleaner, but some of the staff were down right rude and I will not be returning to this hotel again

The staff was so rude not helpfull we are waiting outside for and 1hr waiting to be booked in ,the room we booked for is not the one they gave to us and they over charge us for the day .in room is smelling bad is smelling like they smoke cigarette in the room and is very small for a family of 4.in the morning we decided to leave the hotel and find and other hotel.sorry the hotel is very far from the city and the breakfast too is not good at all not.verybad

The front desk employee wasn't helpful. Very slow. Couldn't find our reservation after getting all the information including confirmation number. I had to find the information for him from the system. No ice machine in July. Won't recommend.

La fermeture de la fenêtre de la chambre 28 est actuellement non fonctionnelle. Une simple poussée de la main depuis l'extérieur permet de l'ouvrir. Un système de fortune, constitué d'un morceau de carton, a été mis en place pour maintenir la fenêtre en position fermée. Cette solution précaire ne procure qu'une illusion de sécurité.

Sejour "gâché" par l'odeur du siphon

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cet établissement. Le constat est mitigé. Nous avons pris 2 chambres familiale. Celle de mon frère et sa famille était très bien, RAS. MAIS la nôtre... le siphon de la douche ne se fermait pas.. je vous laisse imaginer l'odeur dans la chambre. On a parlé avec le réceptionniste qui nous a répondu qu'il ne faut surtout essayé de fermer le siphon car autrement ca va boucher la douche....DONC LE PROBLÈME est déjà connu mais rien a été fait. Et surtout qu'ils savaient et qu'on a redit qu'on a un bébé de 3 mois et un enfant de 2 ans donc ce n'est pas viable....

Deja j'arrive, on me demande de payer la totalité alors quz j'avais déjà payer en cb en. Réservant, puis une foiq dans la chambre, plein d'araignées écraser au plafond, mur, c'était vraiment sale a voir, comment voulez vous qu'ont dorme dedans, jai juste pris 1 douche et je suis reparti tellement déçue
