Getting Around: You will need a car for getting around to and from Glacier, though Glacier does offer Red Bus Tours and shuttle busses for hiking trips and seeing Glacier. It has all the essentials and then a few extra comforts. The beds were comfortable, and the view each morning from the upstairs balcony as the sun was rising was beautiful. Everything has been well considered from the soft towels to the comfortable linens to the kitchen tools provided. The Montana Coffee Roasters coffee was delicious! We needed a place to stay for the Glacier National Park leg of our Montana trip and this was a great place. Grocery store just up Hwy 2, a couple close by local restaurants, and literally minutes from the West Glacier entrance. The day we did the Two Medicine side and drove around to that side, it was 1.5 hours. The only thing I'd mention for those who may be sensitive to noise, is that this isbliterally right on Hwy 2 ... so if you habe problems with road noise, know that. It wasnt an issue at all for us. The place was modern and well-appointed and we had what we needed. It is always nice to be able to soak in a hot tub after hiking, and do your laundry before you leave. :) ##### Melissa E. It was in a very convenient location about 10-15 minutes away from the West Glacier park entrance. Perfect for coming and going into the park. It is right off the Highway, but the road noise did not interfere with our stay. The house was extremely clean and had all the amenities you could need. My husband and I hiked everyday in Glacier National Park and spent every night soaking our sore muscles in the hot tub! Perfect location to Columbus falls where we ate most of our dinners at!! The building itself was very nice, but the noise from traffic made outside activity very difficult. The hot tub experience was negatively affected by the noise, as was any attempted outdoor meditation. We could not even hear the birds! That was deeply disappointing. ##### John H.
