Two things though the rooms need serious updating and the staff service was inconsistent some were nice some really didn’t want to be there. Overall we enjoyed it we went with our two kids a 4 year old and 8 month old and they had a great time my 4 year old really loved it they had an adorable water park and kiddie pool right next to the adult pool so it made it very easy for everyone to have a good time the beach was wonderful as..."

    "They have a missing remote control, so we don't have a TV. There was one 1-liter water bottle for two people. I requested an extra bottle three times and finally received one after three days there. The TV never worked. The coffee maker's glass container was cracked; I just left it that way for my mental health. All the themed restaurants don't allow groups of more than eight people. I just had fun because my family was there."
