"Firstly, the location was perfect. I was down in Miami for plastic surgery and the clinic was next door. Can’t get any closer than that tbh. The check in process was just a tiny bit confusing as I assumed we would check in like at a hotel. But once I realized and understood how it worked, it was super easy. The unit itself was immaculately clean and was well maintained. We very much so enjoyed the space and all the amenities readily accessible along w a washer and dryer inside. We did laundry twice as they supplied detergent as well!! The kitchen was full sized and very up to date. We appreciated the extra coffee pods and creamers/sugars. It also had a very large closet w hangers, ironing board and iron along w extra sheets and pillows. Also in the closet were beach chairs!! Beach chairs!! How thoughtful honestly. My favorite thing was the little stool step thing I forget to take w me to get in and out of bed and into my car easier after surgery. IYKYK. Everything is at a walking distance although we brought our own stuff to cook, so I can’t say if the restaurants were any good aside from the typical fast food chains. Lastly, two CONS: I have thick-THICK curly hair and the water pressure in the showers were crap. I’ve never struggled to get shamp and cond out of my hair under running water. Showers took a while but luckily the water stayed hot for the duration. 2nd: why do I have to pay extra for parking? There is no close street parking, so that’s that."

"Staff is bi-lingual; helpful thru the language barrier but English spoken throughout. Parking restrictions abound on the streets around hotel. We used parking garage across the street which was privately owned Garage employees were helpful when paying at exit when credit card reader failed to open the gate to exit. Perhaps my fault by entering the card wrongfully. Personnel were quick to assist. Garage maintenance personnel deserve extra credit for their quick assist. Breakfast was elegant but expensive. The restaurant food and service were exceptional. This restaurant caters to the wealthy, not hotel guests, and has an Italian menu. European ambiance and menu items."

"This hotel was perfect for our next day cruise…we wanted to make sure we stayed somewhere that wasn’t too expensive for 1-night; but was of great quality and close proximity to the Port of Miami. Just make sure to call the front desk to let them know you have arrived at the airport to request the complimentary shuttle and they will let you know approximately when the shuttle will arrive. That process was smooth and the hotel is about 10 minutes away in traffic. The hotel Check in process was easy, restaurant on premises had great food and full bar, swimming pool area was cool to relax and the rooms are very clean. To get transported to the Port of Miami, make sure to let the front desk know you would like to reserve transportation to the Port and they will take care of the rest for you. The shuttle was $13 per person cash only. Smooth ride and quick service. We are staying here again for our next cruise later this year."
