Construction happening throughout the complex and outside. Our garden view was of the busy main walk way and construction site. The entry is very small. Some Staff are not the friendliest compared other 5 star resorts on the island. 2 of the pools looked like swamps with lots of leaves in the afternoon. The adult breakfast was average. Compared with other resorts on the island this was the most underwhelming and at the same price point. We had issues with room service with delays/ payment issues and it tasted awful. The room its self was unclean with mould in the shower and no extra toiletries compared with other 5 star resorts.
