Top Coral Coast Hotel Reviews
Tokatoka Resort Hotel
"Great for family with good sized pools and playground"
Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa by IHG
"Pools"
Shangri-La Yanuca Island, Fiji
"Room was clean and beautiful. A longer stay (7 days) with kids ends up being limited with food options and breakfast is the same everyday. Staff were very friendly"
Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa
"We love this resort, this is our second time here we are going to book yearly. The staff have been there for many years, they remember you, the love your children and its a beautiful atmosphere."
Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort
"Really couldn't fault it, immaculate property with beautiful amenities"
DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Hotel Fiji - Sonaisali Island
"Love the people the service and everything about the resort. It would have a five if they had better food, and if the pool wasn’t on front street by the restaurant and not so many levels to it."
Fiji Hideaway Resort and Spa
"The best part of this resort, and we have been here over 10 times, is the staff; they make you feel like you are family. No other resort gives that feeling. From the ground staff to the office staff and everyone in between, they are what brings us back. On this trip, though, we found the drinks to be very dear and the food overpriced, except the Indian dishes, which are superb. For example, fish and chips are Aus $15.00. Hideaway $32.00 Pizza Aus $8.00; Hideaway $33.00, and so on. So again, I realise there are a lot of overheads in a resort this size; however, the food is very overpriced, as are the drinks. You pay $12.00 for a cocktail on a cruise. We love this resort; however, the prices are just too high. And the souvenir shop is on the same trend; prices up. The staff are our attraction, as I said, and the view is beautiful."
Crusoe's Retreat
"Wonderful experience!"
OUTRIGGER Fiji Beach Resort
"The staff were so helpful and friendly, there was so much for the kids to do and they didn’t even go to kids club. It was also in a great location for doing a couple of other things. Do the package as it does get expensive with drinks and food."

Pocket Guide: Fiji Coral Coast Hotels
Visit Fiji’s Coral Coast
Running between Nadi and Suva, the Coral Coast is 50 miles of sandy beaches, relaxed little villages and secluded bays. Parallel to the coast road is a lengthy bank of colourful coral in the South Pacific, giving the area its name. While the beaches are very pretty, they are not the region’s primary draw. Instead, you’ll want to make your way to the Coral Coast to explore its rolling green hills inland.
Here you’ll find the Tavuni Hill Fort, the vast Sigatoka Sand Dunes and the scenic river-threaded Namosi Highlands. There are also many little villages where you can stop for a refreshing drink and browse locally-made pottery and handicrafts, displayed proudly by the welcoming locals. While the Coral Coast has been affected by Fiji’s ever-growing popularity as a tourism destination, it still holds that authentic flavour of Fijian island life, so staying along the Coral Coast is one of the best ways to find the real Fiji.
Where to Stay on the Coral Coast
Whether you’re looking for a top-notch all-inclusive resort with stunning ocean views from your suite, or a budget hotel with an easy-going vibe, there is plenty of accommodation on the Coral Coast to suit every need. Hire a car to discover the area, or just take the local bus to get around. Catching it couldn’t be easier – just flag the driver down whenever you need a ride.
Coral Coast Highlights
The only wildlife park in Fiji, Kula Eco Park is the place to go to catch sight of shy crested iguanas, or peregrine falcons. Wandering between the cool, lush trees in the park is an ideal way to beat the heat. Enjoy a stroll across the miles of patchwork fields that give the valley its nickname Fiji’s Salad Bowl. And the stunning views over the Sigatoka Valley are a just reward for anyone with the nerve to take the steep journey past Nakabuta.
Dive the Coral Coast
Enjoy some of Fiji’s best diving at the Beqa Lagoon on the Coral Coast, just under an hour from Suva. Explore a sunken wreck, a vibrant reef, or if even swim with the sharks before retiring to relax in the safety of your Coral Coast hotel.
