The hotel is located very far from Copenhagen Airport as it is also stated on Hotels.com/Expedia. I think you might have mixed our hotel with our sister hotel Zleep Hotel Copenhagen Airport which is located a short 5-10 minute taxi ride from the airport. Have a great day.

Hi, I am really sorry that this review is anonymous due we have no chance to see what have happened during check in, or why there was missing a sheet. But before arrival in any of our hotels we send out a check in mail where the receptions opnening hours are stated- Due to we are a small hotel we have limited opening hours during the day. Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I can see you werent satisfied with your stay. I must inform you that all of thise issue you have listed is metioned on the website where you have made your reservation. It says clearly that we have a limited opening hours, that there is self check in if you arrive outside the receptions opening hours, it also says we do not have room service. If you wish to have room service you need to booker a high Categories of hotels. I am so sorry to see that you havent mentioned your name in the review then I could have checked your reservation to see which room you have had. But also if we had send the information regarding how to check in, how to find us and also information regarding parking. I am sorry that our hotel want you wanted - But when you book for next time, please check the facilties of the hotel you wish to book - Then you can be sure that you get what you wish to book.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback on your stay. As you mention we change the doorcode due to securty also because we are an unstaffed hotel during night. But oat every entrance door for the hotel there is a sign that explains if you already are checked in you can use your key card at the door to acces the hotel. There has been a heatwave in Denmark at this point, so we have not been able to do much about the heat in the rooms due to we dont have A/C. This is also informed prior to reservation of the hotel. We have fans we borrow out free of charge, we are really sorry if this didnt worked propely for you. I wish you a nice day.

Hi Sonja, I am sorry for our late reply to your review. But thank you so much for your feedback we can use this to improve our product and service. I can see you stayed in our economy rooms on the 8th floor, I can inform you that these rooms is planned for a renovation during 2018. We are trying to get more signs in the center so we are easier to find. Also have we created a map that we will send our prior to the guests stay so they will be able to find us better. Regarding the check in kiosk you used for check in during your stay has been switch out with a new and better check in kiosk that works better and is more easy for our guests to use. I am sorry that you have this experience with us. But we have done some improvements also based on your review. I wish you a nice day.
