5-7 minutes walk from the train to Copenhagen and 3 minutes walk from shopping and 5-10 minutes walk from good restaurants you find this little cozy house at the end of a small quiet street.   
It is perfect for the family with kids that needs a small garden.  
It is perfect for the people either visiting some of the universities or big companies in Lyngby.   
This house is for you that wants to be close to Copenhagen or Lyngby and want a good, quiet place to relax and "hygge".  
The train to the center of Copenhagen takes around 10 to 13 minutes depending on which train you take.
