"It didn't start off real well. The girl at the front desk was brand new (it was her first day of work) and she put my friend and I in a room with one bed when I had reserved two. I got a cart from the lobby and loaded my luggage on it but the cart was really old and did not want to go the way I wanted it to go. I finally got it all the way up to the room, went in and there was one bed. I called the front desk and the person who answered said they had figured it out and the person who checked us in was on her way to show us to our correct room. When we finally got to our room we were very surprised at how nice the room was. It was very comfortable and beautifully decorated and I would definitely stay there again. I really appreciate how quickly they caught the mistake and fixed it."
