"Great experience overall and above-and-beyond communication from host while they were in a different time zone!! House had everything we (fam of 4 with 2 kids under 14, plus small dog) could need. Tips from owners before our visit and after were appreciated. Hot tub was a hit with the kids (supervised, of course). Lawn care came midway through visit but long after we were awake for the day (pass along our thanks to the crew!). This later in the week made roaming the grounds less wet for our sneakers. We did partial day trips to Hudson, Bash Bish Falls and Egremont,"

"This property is easy to get to and has a scenic lake view as promised. It was very quiet and restful. The home is clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. There are 2 bedrooms on either side of the house which worked well with 2 of us who are early risers and 1 who is not. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool/ping pong table upstairs. The view from the deck is beautiful - it was a perfect spot to end our day."

"Very cute cabin in the woods near a lake. Went here for my wife’s birthday and she loved the quietness and privacy. Could definitely fit a small family. Reasonable distance to restaurants, bars, and boat rentals."

"We had a great time at Cheryl's rental and it turned out to be just perfect for our needs. We especially appreciated the kyaks and floats and spent much of our time on the water. We ate most of our meals on the screened in porch which was very relaxing. Cheryl was great with communications and responded promptly with instructions on how to use the coffeemaker, which the rest of my party appreaciated! Thank you for sharing your lake house with us!"

"Great space for a young family, centrally located in a great region of the state. The house was clean, smelled nice and was in overall good standing. Nice beds and bedding, easy check in we have no complaints. Great open communication. Would love to return!"

"The cabin was small but very clean and renovated. We stayed as a family of 4 (2 kids) and the bunk beds were perfect. We even had a friend stay on the pull out couch 1 night and she said it was super comfortable. All the beds were great. We stayed for 8 days which was a little much for a small space but we also went back and forth to my parents house down the street. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking in Copake Lake. You definitely cant beat the price and location! And the place is definitely worth the . You could walk to the lake in 5-10 mins. The Greens is a mile away. Hudson and Great Barrington are about 25 mins in either direction."
Lakefront Retreat on Robinson Pond - Stunning Sunrise

"We had such a great stay here. The place is super peaceful, and the lake views are honestly incredible. Sunrises looked like paintings every morning. We loved taking the canoe and kayak out on the water, especially at sunset. Since there are no motorboats, it’s just quiet and calm, which made it even better. Only noise was from ducks, geese and frogs. The resident bald eagle also gave us a daily challenge to find his fishing spot for the day. Taconic State Park is about 10 minutes away, which was perfect for hiking. We did a mix of trails, some more challenging ones with stream crossings and awesome views, and some easier walks that lead to really beautiful waterfalls.The house itself is simple and very functional. Really well laid out and has everything you need. Clean, no clutter and open. It made it easy to just relax and enjoy being outside together as a family. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, nature-filled getaway."
