This spacious farm-house sits on 40 magnificent, private acres. It's one of the biggest bangs for your buck in the Cooperstown area. It's clean, private, and spacious inside and out (patio with gas fire-pit and a read deck with BBQ grill. It's a solid house/property to rent for the Dreams Park Week. This home is 4 minutes from Cooperstown's BHOF, and 10 minutes from Cooperstown Dreams Park. Relax around the outdoor gas-fire-pit on our new patio, outdoor ping-pong table, Corn-hole), and more. There is a level yard with a patio complete with furnishings for outside dining and relaxing.
This home features 3 separate seating areas, each with TV, and a large dining room. One of the bedrooms has a TV sitting areas – a great location for children to have a space of their own. Cornish Hill is just minutes from so many things; BHOF, Otsego Lake, the Clark Sports Center, Super Market, Hiking Trails, Restaurants, Ommegang Brewery, Red-Shed Brewery, and much more. And, it's 4 minutes outside the village of Cooperstown, so it's very peaceful.
We have cable TV's high-speed internet.
State Park, multiple beaches on a beautiful lake, great golf course, amazing restaurants, hiking, biking, paddle board, kayaking, sailing. Beautiful gym less than 1 mile away.
