    Nestled in the hills of Coopers Shoot you will find your Haven. Less than 10 minutes from Byron Bay Town Centre and beaches with the historic town of Bangalow only 5 minutes away.
    Set on a private rural estate you will savour the seclusion offered at Haven Above Byron. Being fully self-contained you will be able to arrive, relax and enjoy the privacy and serenity of this special location.
    A fully self contained holiday cottage with picturesque views still within an easy drive of Byron Bay and beaches.
    Your cottage provides sumptuous accommodation:
    - King size four poster bed
    - Luxurious marble bathroom with free-standing bath overlooking the rolling hills
    - Indoor and outdoor dining and lounge areas all with magnificent views
    - Fully equipped kitchen and laundry
    - Air conditioned for ultimate comfort year round
    As your host I am available to provide any assistance.
    The cottage is completely private and fully self contained.
    We know once you arrive it will be hard to tear yourself away so we provide a gourmet kitchen with everything you need to cook up a nightly feast, romantic brunch or casual lunch. You can choose to dine inside or alfresco!
    The luxurious marble bathrooms have an indulgent freestanding bath overlooking the blissful view.
    If you are looking for the perfect place to relax you can choose the comfy sofa in the living room or lounge on the huge outdoor daybed.
    We also offer a fully accessible cabin built to the Australian Standards 1428.
    Haven Above Byron is set on a peaceful rural estate. The self contained cottages are accessed along a private road and are surrounded by private gardens and acreage.
    I will be available to greet you on arrival or I can make arrangements for you to check in on your own. I will always help with anything you need during your stay. Your privacy is assured and you will only see me if I can be of assistance.
    If I can assist with arrangements prior to your stay please let me know. I have lived in the are for over 20 years so I'm sure I can access whatever you need to make your stay perfect.

Peace and quiet

We loved our stay at Haven above Byron. The property is beautifully designed. Decor is smart yet understated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I especially loved the bathtub next to the large glass window. Very relaxing! There verandah is a generous size, and we enjoyed sitting out there while reading or having a glass of wine. Bangalow and Byron Bay are an easy drive from the property. Derek was a helpful and inviting host. A wonderful place to stay in such a beautiful part of the world.

A definite Haven above Byron!

Loved this little piece of paradise. It was heavenly sitting out on the deck overlooking spacious green fields - very private and totally relaxing. The property is beautifully decorated (even better than the photos) and had everything we could possibly need for our stay.

So spacious and pictures dont dont do it justice. Very nice.The pool stick all the tips were broken so we only played hand pool other than that very very nice!! I enjoyed everyone bedroom had it's only bathroom.

Nice property pity about inflexibility.

The property was nicely appointed, very clean and had a serene atmosphere. However we needed to change our dates due to unforeseen work commitments of my husband. I gave 2 weeks notice of this impending change but the owner would not change our dates even though there was availability. So we were forced to pay for 2 nights but only stay for one night. This was most disappointing as we forfeited money and time which spoilt the whole experience. We were quite aware that there was a no cancellation policy however change of dates are at the discretion of the owner and he was obviously not concerned that we found ourselves in this position. I would not book this property again because of this inflexibility.
