"Very clean place with outstanding, very nice owners. The cabin has all the amenities you need and more. Wifi is good and YouTube TV. The road up to it from Parsons is long and winding but worth it. With a little luck you'll see bears like we did, almost guaranteed to see deer. "
"Lovely B and B in a stately, historic house. Marsha is an excellent host. The food is excellent and most comes from their working farm or other WV farms. The surrounding property is beautiful.

"My family and I had a great week staying at Alpine View. Close to awesome hiking! Golf and swimming at Canaan (2 miles away) was a blast!Check in was easy and property management responsive. "
"It was a very peaceful stay. It was minutes from local attractions. Enjoying the local restaurants Sirianni's, and Smoke on the water, to name a few. If u would like to a couple days and enjoy the scenery "Golden Anchor cabins" is the way to go. We are looking forward to staying again!"
"We enjoyed staying in the Royale cabin for our 25th anniversary. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable for relaxing. It was centrally located for our planned excursions. The hosts left a binder full of nearby activities and restaurant recommendations that was very useful in planning our daily adventures. Our favorite was (host recommended) Big Run Falls. They were very specific with directions to locate this remote waterfall. It was a challenging, yet fun adventure. We would love to return someday! "
"It was a very quiet time of year and the area was blooming with a lot of different varieties of flowers and trees. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. There were lots of nearby trails to explore. The cabin was very quiet and cozy and had all the basic needs for our stay. There were plenty of places to eat at and shop for supplies to cook at the cabin. "
