"Didn’t use the laundry. The bed was not made properly and was stained. The bathroom floor was not clean but in Kalgoorlie it is not easy to keep floors clean. The bath mat we used when showering was dirty underneath when we picked it up to hang on the rail. Hot water supply was not good and rarely lasted more than a minute or two. Air conditioner worked well. The staff in reception were mostly helpful and the restaurant staff were very good."
