Open fireplace with beautifully crafted timber mantelpieces feature throughout many of the rooms, adding warmth, history and timeless appeal. Polished hardwood floors flow throughout the home, while the elegant bathroom is highlighted by a deep cast-iron claw-foot bath. While rich in heritage charm, Carinya also offers every modern comfort. The designer kitchen is a standout, featuring a 3-metre stone island bench and a 5-burner Smeg gas/electric oven, and the home is fully equipped with ducted air-conditioning and heating for year-round comfort. Sleeps 6- Bedding Configuration: 1x Queen, 1x Double bed and third bedroom contains 2 x single beds.
