Our cabin is conveniently located in town, but it will not "feel" like town and is new, roomy, and great for families, family reunions, and gatherings. The living room is furnished with a plush leather sofa & chair, great for lounging after a great day of activities! Imagine lodging in a quaint mountain setting, surrounded by wooded forests and tall, majestic mountains. Cooke City is a very charming town with neat shops and restaurants that are all within walking distance of the cabin. The location is perfect if you are planning on visiting Yellowstone; especially the Lamar Valley area. The cabin itself was good too. Adorable outside with a front porch and chairs to take in the view. The cabin is part of a group of cabins / motel so its not super private but this cabin was its own freestanding cabin so we had no issues with noise or other guests. Inside the cabin was basic but comfortable. Its noted in the description but worth mentioning - the loft is only accessible by a set of very steep stairs more similar to a ladder. Overall a good place to stay the night while visiting YNP and i would stay again. ##### Julie K. I bed upstairs in loft, which requires climbing a steep ladder. Cute but tiny town.
