We were in Conyers for the Spartan race weekend. They wouldn't make fresh coffee until breakfast hours (the coffee available at 5am was from 10pm the night before). We needed fresh sheets, so they gave us sheets to change ourselves. When we changed the sheets there was hair and hair ties under the fitted sheet that wasn't ours. The tv didn't work and was stuck on one channel. We had to unplug the TV just to shut it off. We had stayed here last year with no complaints, but this stay was different and we won't be back.

Although there were some minor damages around the hotel (wall paper peeling in a couple of areas, letters missing from signage), overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was very nice! We mainly just needed somewhere clean, safe, and affordable to stay at night because we were gone the entire day/evening. The breakfast was alright. The hot items were questionable and made my stomach upset, so I stuck to the things like bagels, yogurt, muffins, etc and was fine!

The issue was with some kind of computer communication issue between hotels.com and the hotel. I was not able to check in for almost two hours!! It was VERY UPSETTING. The desk agent Vee was wonderful! She did everything she could, but could not seem to get help no matter how many calls she made.

The room was on the first floor and that made my stay start on the right foot. Second, the room was clean and showed some signs of wear, but to be expected for a high-volume first-floor room. Everything was clean and there was evidence of attention to detail. This lives up to its rating.

Property itself was good. Was sad to see the pool was down for Maintenace without prior notice. The room was small but nice. However, the desk chair was falling apart and should have not been in the room. That was the only downfall in the room. Otherwise, location was great and convenient.

I would definitely stay here again. The one dilemma was that we were assigned to a room already occupied. I went back to the front desk TWICE (from upper floor) before clerk came to check on the problem - and just as she got off the elevator, the person IN the room came out, stumbling a bit over our luggage ... it was definitely not the worse thing to happen - we were hot, tired, and a bit cranky. Once we got settled, we were quite happy.

First of all, the front counter staff was very rude. The room was 'ok', but not for the price. The pool was closed due to Maintenance, but none being done. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting!! What was supposed to be coffee...well, wasnt even close. it too was nasty. Eggs were salty, sausage was cooked for at least 3 hours, and the waffle machine was dirty. Luckily, Waffle House was right down the street. Will never stay here again. Not recommended even if your desperate.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and we found it to be clean and comfortable. It is about 25-30 minutes away from Downtown Atlanta so it is not centrally located but it was close to the family events we were attending so that was good. The hotel could use some updating but it seems like most hotels in the area are all about the same. I had friends who stayed in other local hotels which shall not be named that had horrible experiences. So I was extremely happy with my choice to stay at the Comfort Inn. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Upon arrival we found that the toilet seat was broken and the door handle to the bathroom was broken on the inside. The hotel looked dirty, from stains on the floors to the missing grout in the tub area. We spent little time in the hotel room, but when I told the receptionist about the toilet seat and door handle she seemed less than concerned. The cleaning staff was very friendly!
