    It has its own entrance at street level. The hallway provides storage space, for golf clubs & pushchair’s. Stairs lead to first and second floor accommodation. The property has four bedrooms, two king size and two twins. There are three bathrooms including an en-suite. Further accommodation includes a lounge, dining room, games room, kitchen and utility. Ample sized balcony to the front of the property where you can sit, relax and watch the world go by. There is also a private terrace area to the rear.
