8.8/10 Excellent! (370 reviews)
Great location however reception smelt of cigarette which wasn’t a nice welcome for me and my kids. The setup of the room was great for us but not the cleanest and funny smell. Shower drain was half blocked and tray filled with water. Element on oven was broken and didnt work and range hood was covered in grease. Wouldn’t stay here again.

9/10 Wonderful! (221 reviews)
It's the 3rd time I stayed in Drifter Christchurch. I had good experience in my previous stays. Unfortunately this time a room without AC/radiator was provided to me, and the basin drainage did not work in the first night. All staff there were surprised on the room without AC/radiator. They provided the heat fan to me, but it's too noisy to make a sleep. Later they changed another heat fan, a bit quiet, but still about 60 dB(A) measured with mobile APP. I cannot imagine how they performed the acceptance of the interior decoration on this room.
