"Bar was nice. Inside and outside seating. Had a great dark beer. Did not spend much time in the room. The shower was great. Bed was comfortable. Too bad they did not include breakfast. Price was very high. This is a new hotel in the Villages and nothing else is there. The town is built but no stores or restaurants have moved in yet. Town square has nightly music but you have to bring your own chair. It's better to go to an established area of the Villages."

"The home was nicely decorated but when it came to supplies they were as cheap as they come. Silverware , toaster, only 2 coffee mugs, no way to watch the TV under the carport, chairs on porch so cheap would collapse if you leaned on the arms, no containers for left over, knives so dull as to actually be Dangerous. Bed was very uncomfortable."

"We had a great time in the villages. The house was so convenient to Brownwood. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool although small was great for cooling off and relaxing outside. We would love to stay again."

"Everything was very clean and in new condition. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Golf cart had an issue with the blinkers, but the host did their best to get it rectified - we understand these things happen. We loved the proximity to the Water Lily recreation center and the resort-style pool."

"We rented this property for two months. We expected a lot and were not disappointed. The house was spacious, well furnished and comfortable. The lanai was comfortable and encouraged laughter and good conversation and camaraderie. The birdcage was our favorite part of the property. The view overlooking the pond and watching all the shorebirds, wading birds and waterfowl while enjoying a cold drink was spectacular, as was watching the resident alligator.During the first two weeks of our stay we had occasion to contact the property management group to address three separate, but minor issues. All three issues were resolved, (a) promptly, (b) successfully/satisfactorily, and (c) with friendliness and courtesy by the attending staff. Our compliments and thanks to the property management folks."
