Cozy apartment fully furnished and equipped (> 60 m2) for 2 adults and addicional 2 children. Price is based on 2 persons, each extra person ( kid) is 25€ per person per night. Large sitting and dining room with fireplace, TV, large terrace with furniture, one double bedroom with its own bathroom, one small room with bunk bed, fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking, oven, fridge, toaster, mixer, fruit press, microwave, coffee machine, all basic cooking ingredients are available, etc... Airconditioning for cooling is summer, and heating in winter. A unique space with an atmosphere of absolute silence and relax. The accommodation is child friendly and prepared for people with a physical disability. Animals, pets are not allowed.
Los Pozos de la Nieve, a building of the XVII the century with his exceptional historical and industrial value, has been awarded with a price and a special mention by the local Authorities and the Europa Nostra Awards 2006 in recognition of a valuable contribution to the conservation and enhancement of cultural heritage. Due to its orientation north, two big pits were constructed to maintain ice produced in small pools outside, providing ice to the Seville City. Striking is that these pits are incorporated in the building, to form one constructional, harmonious site. On the façade one still can find the ‘escudo of Seville’ dated from 1696 and a marble plate with inscription that the Ilustrisimo Cabildo y Regimiento of Seville bought the building…the period when Carlos II was the King of Spain…On the first floor, which breathes an atmosphere of a Moorish temple, you can find the chapel authorized by Pope Inocencio XII in 1697 and dedicated to "The Virgin of the Ice".
