The mansion is located in a area with a lot of facilites. It has nearby the Neversea Beach, the Delphinarium and Ovidius University.It is close to Mamaia Boulevard, on a quiet and paceful street with free parking places and video survillance.  
 The mansion has 3 floors and a semi-basement with dining room, kitchen, reception and 9 aparthotels. 7 of them are for 2 people, 2 are for 4 people, but it can be given to you extra-beds for an additional cost.  
 The aparthotels have their bathroom and entry, free WIFI and video survillance.   
 They also have air conditioner, LCD TVs, hair dryer, sleppers, beds( 2m length, 1.8m width).  
We can provide transportation from any airport or station up to tjr location for an additional cost.
