"Continental Forum hotels, like this one in Constanta, never disappoint as they are generously-spaced properties, with a consistent standard of friendly service and good breakfast. I enjoyed the spacious room, with tea/coffee (J. Meinl), stocked minibar, free bottled water, individual toiletries aplenty, and very important: many plugs. The bed was comfortable, and the AC worked and was manually programable. Their breakfasts are dependable with something savory (sandwich ingredients and ommelette / sausage), something sweet (pastries, cereal) and something fruity (fresh and compote) in plentiful quantities in a very sunny hall. Overall I expected a cozy, friendly and easy stay with everything provided and got exactly that!"
