Check-in was easy, and the owner personally welcomed us. She showed us all the facilities. The room was beautiful and the bathroom fantastic.However, the owner had only sent a message a few days beforehand, stating that the advertisement didn't quite match the available facilities. That was very late and strange. We had booked based on the advertisement, and you can't suddenly change the terms and conditions last minute by claiming you wanted to change them, but the rental website wouldn't process it. We had booked for six days, and during our stay, the owner also indicated that that was a very long stay. She should have mentioned that when booking. The advertisement included photos of the (beautiful) garden with the caption: "dining in the garden." It also included a photo of the (again, fantastic) kitchen. This really creates the expectation that we'd be able to use the kitchen. However, we weren't allowed to use it. Only the kettle and microwave were available. When we did cook dinner (and cleaned everything thoroughly), she was displeased and angry. There's also a tiny refrigerator, which barely has any space and has to be shared by three rooms and breakfast items. Breakfast, by the way, is extremely simple and always the same: coffee, tea, slices of bread, three jams, and honey.The pool is actually only open in the afternoon.
