"Mike was a wonderful host and so great with questions and any communication, during our entire process and stay. His home was very comfortable, extremely clean and had above average essentials to help make our stay there amazing.!!! Amenities and the beauty of the community were so fantastic for us, our adult kids and our 3 young grandchildren.We would definitely consider returning again next summer. Thank you Mike"

"Great location for a mountain getaway. We swam in three lakes and hiked several of the local trails. Only downside was daily thunderstorms, which the host cannot control!House is well-stocked: spices, cooking basics, books, Legos, games. It even has laundry baskets to carry your linens, etc down to the ground level laundry room.This summer was unusually hot where we live so we did not want to leave the mountain cool to go home!"

"We stayed in this beautiful home over Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful experience. It was perfect for our family of six adults and one child—beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable.The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. We cooked several meals and had every pot, pan, utensil, and kitchen item we needed. Check-in was also very easy, even though the home is located in a gated community.The location was perfect for us—just a short drive to Brevard and so many beautiful waterfalls and other things to see and do. At the same time, the home felt wonderfully quiet and peaceful. We felt completely safe and loved sitting back and enjoying the mountain view and wildlife. We saw deer every day, several turkeys, and even caught a quick glimpse of one of Brevard’s famous white squirrels!There were so many amenities we simply didn’t have time to enjoy. Next time, we hope to take advantage of the bocce and pickleball courts and spend some time at the pool with our grandson.Communication with both the property manager and owner was excellent. They responded quickly and were genuinely kind and helpful.We would absolutely stay here again. It was a beautiful, peaceful home in a great location and a wonderful place for our family to spend the weekend together."

"Pups were in paradise playing chase around the fenced yard! Cabin and location were perfect for exploring local trails with daily deer sightings. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming. Wish we could have stayed longer."

"Great combination from the host. Property was great. Clean and exactly as described. If you haven’t stayed in this community it’s pretty special. We’ve stayed here twice and it’s an amazing place. Nature trails, golf and a water fall right at the property. There were deer everywhere …. Just hanging out. This is the spot for hiking and mountain biking."

"Great location on the lake and a fabulous porch for relaxing while looking at it! Lots of water toys to enjoy. The driveway is steep, as others have noted. Turning around was a bit tricky in our Honda Pilot, but was still doable. Not sure how it would work with more than one vehicle."

"We had a great experience all around. Great location, very clean, prompt communication with the host. The kitchen was very well equipped. Nice screened in porch as well as a nice deck. It was very quiet and perfect for us. There are lots of deer roaming around and we also saw a white squirrel."
