Connecticut River

The property was immaculate and the staff was wonderful! I only have two things that kept this from being a 5 star review. First, there is a $100 security deposit that was not mentioned in any of the booking process. It was charged to my credit card and is supposed to be refunded in a few days. Next, handicapped access to the bathroom in the guest room will not accommodate a wheelchair at all, and in order to get to the breakfast room, you have to go out t o the parking lot because all other ways have stairs, not ramps.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
