This modern 200 m2 chalet is distributed over two bright floors, exquisitely decorated with attention to details. The beautiful rooms are equipped with modern, quality furniture, ensuring that you and your family have the most relaxing holiday. The first floor houses the four bedrooms of the house. The spacious master bedroom has a double bed, a useful built-in wardrobe, private access to the terrace and even a large en-suite bathroom with a huge shower tray. Another bedroom has two single beds, a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, in addition to also having private access to the terrace. In the third bedroom there are two single beds, while the fourth and last bedroom has a single bed and a trundle bed. In October the sea is still warm enough for swimming, and the outside temperature is just perfect (20-25°C) for us. De omgeving is leuk, +/- 1 uur en 40 minuten rijden naar Sevilla, 40 minuten naar Cadiz en 15 minuten naar andere leuke dorpen in de omgeving. Het strand is om de hoek en makkelijk bereikbaar met een trap. Leuke eetgelegenheden op loopafstand aan het strand. Contact met de eigenaar verliep goed, het huis was superschoon bij aankomst en (buiten)keuken is perfect voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Erfahrungsgemäß gibt es schon in der Auffassung erhebliche Unterschiede. Wir bewohnten das Haus zu zweit. --- Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr gut, zum Strand sind es nur ca. 150 Meter. Das Grundstück mit dem Garten und der Poolanlage, sowie das Haus mit seinen Räumen ist in einem sehr ordentlichen Zustand. Es erscheint alles gepflegt und laufend renoviert. Der Eigentümer hat sein Eigentum gut im Griff. --- Das Haus ist im spanischen Stil gebaut, leider setzt sich dies innen nicht fort. Die Inneneinrichtung des Hauses ist von IKEA und teilweise neuwertig. Im Haus war alles sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Geschmäcker sind bekanntlich unterschiedlich. Für das Leben im Haus ist fast alles vorhanden, allerdings ist die Küchenausstattung und das Essgeschirr stark erneuerungsbedürftig, sodass das Kochen keine Freude bereitete. Der Backofen war nicht gereinigt. Der Pool wurde innerhalb von zwei Wochen nur einmal gereinigt. Leider wurde auf dem Nebengrundstück ein neues Haus errichtet, sodass wir vom Baulärm nicht verschont wurden, daher war es im Garten nicht immer schön. Fazit: Ein schönes Haus in guter Lage mit "IKEA" Ausstattung und schlechter Küchenausstattung. Luxusvilla ohne Luxusausstattung! Aangezien wij buiten het seizoen waren nogal wat zaken gesloten. Bovendien dichtstbijzijnde supermarket en ander winkels op ca 10 km (Conil de la Frontera). Uitstapjes naar byv.
