- Villa Playa de Roche welcomes you to Roche, one of the most sought-after areas in Conil/Cádiz, just 650 m from the beach (a 5-minute walk). This spectacular holiday home offers 250 m² of living space on a private 1,000 m² plot, accommodating up to 9 guests with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, two of them en suite. Perfect year-round: in winter, you will enjoy heating and a cozy fireplace.
The fully equipped kitchen features an island and is open to the dining area and bright living room, with complete cookware and tableware. All bedrooms include double sets of sheets and towels. Amenities include air conditioning, heating, fireplace, high-speed Wi-Fi, workspace, 55" Smart TV, game console, fan, and washing machine. Families with children will find toys and books.
Outside, enjoy a private saltwater pool with waterfall and hot shower, covered terrace, chill-out area, outdoor dining, and a second terrace. The private garden, barbecue, sun loungers, and ping-pong table complete the outdoor space. Tennis court 15 minutes' walk away.
