Das Haus war sauber und ist ist liebevoll, hochwertig und umfangreich ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum und die Deckenventilatoren im 1\. OG sorgen zusammen mit der Klimaanlage im EG dafür, dass man auch an heißen Tagen nicht ins Schwitzen kommt. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gasse, von der aus man den Strand und den lebhaften Ortskern mit seinen vielen Bars und Restaurants in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig vorhanden. Im unmittelbaren Umfeld gibt es zwar kaum Parkmöglichkeiten aber selbst in der Hochsaison haben wir in der Umgebung immer etwas gefunden. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise lief alles reibungslos. Die Verwalterin hat uns superlieb empfangen und sich jede Menge Zeit genommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!! ##### Markus M. Es wurde hochwertig und geschmackvoll saniert sowie ausgestattet. Auch dank der Verwalterin, die sich warmherzig um die Gäste kümmert, fühlt man sich sofort sehr wohl. Von der Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden. Die neue Küche bietet allen Komfort, die drei Schlafzimmer bieten in ebenfalls neuen Betten Gelegenheit für guten Schlaf und das Highlight ist die große, teilbeschattete Dachterrasse.. Man fühlt sich wie bei "Schöner Wohnen", so geschmackvoll und vollständig ist das Haus ausgestattet. Sehr gut auch die Lage: Nur wenige Schritte vom Zentrum und vom Meer und dem Rio Salado entfernt. Von der herrlichen Dachterrasse hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf beides. Die Plancha dort hat uns gut gefallen und wurde gerne genutzt. Der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern war nett und klappte gut. Ergänzen könnte man vielleicht ein paar Kleiderhaken am Eingang als Garderobe - sonst ist alles absolut perfekt und wir kommen gerne eines Tages wieder. ##### Karolin G.
