It has everything to comfort the holidaymaker's heart - from the fully equipped kitchen to the c air-conditioning in every room, which ensures comfortable room temperatures both in summer and in winter. Only recently, a secured pool has been added. Details of the house: Large living room with sofas, dining table with chairs, TV with Spanish and international SAT programs, fireplace Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, stove with oven, fridge / freezer, microwave and all necessary kitchen utensils 3 bedrooms, one with double bed (1.50m) and two with two single beds, all with built-in wardrobes 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath The house is about 100 sqm large- the plot measures over 1000 square meters, so there is plenty of space to play and relax. A covered grill for the perfect barbecue is also available. The patio in front of the house is nicely furnished with table and chairs, in the garden there are sun loungers for at least 4 people. The pool measures 6 x 4 m, the pool is fenced fort he safety of the children. The entrance to the property is through a large sliding gate, on the property is enough parking for at least 3 cars. Mai 2024 Die Anlage ist gepflegt und super geeignet für Familien mit Kindern oder maximal 4 Erwachsene. Der Pool ist abgesichert und für Kleinkinder nicht zu öffnen. Der Vermieter Francisco wohnt nebenan und ist bei Problemen direkt zur Stelle. Er ist auch sehr hilfsbereit bei allen sprachlichen oder organisatorischen Problemen. Leider geht die Unterhaltung nur mit Übersetzer App, da er weder deutsch noch englisch spricht. Für 6 Erwachsene ist die Wohnung wegen der kleinen Bäder nicht zu empfehlen, Dort gibt es zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Ein Auto ist wegen der abgelegenen Lage dringend erforderlich. Das Haus ist nicht so Hell wie auf den Bildern, es ist eher dunkel und alt eingerichtet, es könnte Mal modernisiert eingerichtet werden. Dennoch ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Leider hatten auch wir mega viele Ameisen in der Küche obwohl wir immer alles direkt sauber gemacht haben. Wir haben selber Köder ausgelegt und auf Nachfrage kam der Vermieter sofort und hat etwas draußen gesprüht, leider ohne jeglichen erfolg. Außerdem hat es jeden Morgen sehr stark nach Ölheizung gestunken, nachdem die Klima eine halbe Stunde lief ging es wieder. Details wie Kinderspielzeug oder ähnliches gibt es nicht. Wir haben einiges da gelassen für die Nachmieter... Die Außenanlagen ist super, schön groß und gepflegt. Auch der Pool ist super, auch mit Kindern, da er eingezäunt ist. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man ist in 6 Minuten am Strand und ebenso in Conil um einzukaufen. Está decorada con detalle y no sólo estaba muy limpia a la llegada sino que además incluye todo lo necesario para vivir: utensilios de cocina, ropa de cama, de baño...etc. La zona exterior también está impecable y la atención del dueño estupenda. ¡Muy recomendable en conjunto! ##### Gema Á. ### 8/10 Good #### Bruno F. 1 May 2022 Liked: Location Disliked: Communication #### Schönes Haus in toller Lage Top Lage , sehr ruhig und gut gelegen. Im Haus ist Alles was man braucht. Schöner Gartenbereich mit kleinem Pool. Küche geht so, das Notwendige ist da, störend waren allerdings die Ameisen im Schrank. Objekt ist schwer zu finden da kein Name am Eingang , keiner kannte Casa Macarena und die Verständigung mit dem Mieter war sehr problematisch, ein netter Mensch zwar aber nur spanisch sprechend , kein Wort englisch oder gar deutsch. Schöner Strand in der Nähe. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich da in der Nähe keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Satelitenfernseher mit deutschen Programmen ist vorhanden. Negativ zu bemerken währe noch das nervende Hundegebell in der Nachbarschaft. Außerdem war es zur Zeit unseres Aufenthalts ende April , relativ kühl und die Heizung hat leider nur kalt geblasen. Dennoch eine schöne Unterkunft , mit kleinen Fehlern halt. ##### Bruno F. Das Ferienhaus war super gepflegt und alles wie im Internet beschrieben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben den schönen Garten und Pool am Nachmittag genossen. Es wäre nett von Ihnen unseren Vermietern noch zu danken, dass wir am Abreisetag noch bis zum Nachmittag im Haus bleiben durften und dass wir vollauf zufrieden waren. Gerne werden wir dieses Ferienhaus wieder wählen. Es handelt sich um ein gemütliches Haus mit schönem Pool, überdachter Terrasse, Grrill und gepflegtem Garten. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Allerdings ist das Haus sehr schlecht isoliert. So hört man alle Geräusche aus den Badezimmern in den drei Schlafzimmern. Alles sauber, gut ausgestattet, schöner gr0ßer Garten mit Pool und einem Grill, den man auch wirklich nutzen kann. Von der Terrasse aus sieht man über einen Teil von Fuente del Gallo, ist also nicht so eingepfercht, wie bei manch anderen Häusern. Die Terrasse liegt morgens im Schatten, was das Frühstücken sehr angenehm macht. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend. Hunde und Hähne sind friedlich. Von dem nahegelegenen Campingplatz, inklusive öffentlichen Schwimmbad, bekommt man nichts mit. In 10 -15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand bzw. den Steilklippen von Fuente del Gallo - Schön!. Man benötigt einen PKW, um in den Supermärkten von Conil einzukaufen oder an einen Strand zu fahren, an dem man Liegen mieten kann. Die Sanitärbereiche im Haus sind etwas beengt und über die Falttür zur kleinen Dusche mit WC könnte man sich Gedanken machen. Aber das trübt nicht das Gesamtbild des Hauses.
