It also has a barbecue area located in front of the pool. It has a maximum capacity of five people. The house has three bedrooms, the main one with a double bed, the second with two single beds and the third with a single bed. The living-dining room is spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for the stay, with breakfast bar. The bathroom completes the distribution of the house. Outside the house there is a porch covered with grape vines to provide shade, and garden areas with flowers that give a natural charm to this house. In this area there is outdoor furniture consisting of tables and chairs as well as sun loungers where you can sunbathe and enjoy the outdoors. This property is located less than 10 minutes drive from the beaches and coves of Roche, the same time to the town of Conil de la Frontera and two kilometers from the highway.
