The modern and high quality furnished apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a living-dining area with an integrated, well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Further facilities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, heating, a cot and a high chair. In addition, there is a shared, spacious roof terrace equipped with comfortable lounge furniture and sun loungers, which invites you to sunbathe during the day and offers a wonderful view of the sunset over the sea in the evening. The kilometer-long, popular sandy beach is just 80 meters away. A few restaurants are also within walking distance. The nearest supermarket can be reached in 4 minutes by car. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A daily cleaning service can be booked on request and at a surcharge. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed.
