Casa Anita is an Andalusian-style, well maintained holiday house with private pool in beautiful and tranquil surroundings. You can enjoy your holidays in the private pool area or lying in the semi-shadow of the trees. Details of the house: 3 bedrooms, one with double bed, two with two single beds each, all bedrooms with built-in cupboards. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt, bestens eingerichtet für sechs Personen und vor allem sauber – was uns besonders wichtig war! Die Betten waren sehr bequem, man konnte hervorragend schlafen. Der Pool, ein Traum!! Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es allerdings, da die Terrassen und auch der Poolbereich (nicht im Haus!) von Ameisen befallen waren. Das Mittel, das der Vermieter uns zur Verfügung gestellt hatte, zeigte keine Wirkung. Wir haben daraufhin ein wirksameres Mittel (von Compo) gekauft, und damit wurde es besser. Der Vermieter war über das Problem informiert, leider wurde es aber nicht gelöst – stattdessen blieb es unser Problem. Außerdem war das Haus nicht vollständig klimatisiert: Nur der Wohn- und Küchenbereich verfügten über eine Klimaanlage. Das sollte in der Beschreibung klarer kommuniziert werden. Die Schlafzimmer hätten jeweils zumindest einen Ventilator gebraucht – ob als Deckenventilator oder Standgerät. Leider war nur ein einziger Ventilator für das gesamte Haus vorhanden, was bei hohen Temperaturen zu wenig ist. Insgesamt waren wir dennoch El alojamiento era bonito y contaba con todo lo necesario para unas buenas vacaciones. La casa estaba muy cuidada, bien equipada para seis personas y, sobre todo, limpia, lo cual era muy importante para nosotros. Las camas eran cómodas y se dormía muy bien. La piscina extraordinaria! Sin embargo, le restamos un punto porque las terrazas y la zona de la piscina (excepto la casa!) estaban llenas de hormigas. El producto que nos proporcionó el propietario no funcionó. Tuvimos que comprar un insecticida más eficaz (de la marca Compo), y así mejoró la situación. El propietario estaba informado del problema de las hormigas, pero lamentablemente no se solucionó y terminó siendo nuestro problema. Además, la casa no estaba completamente climatizada, solo la zona del salón y la cocina tenían aire acondicionado. Esto debería indicarse de forma más clara. Las habitaciones necesitaban al menos un ventilador. Solo había un ventilador para toda la casa, lo cual es insuficiente con temperaturas altas. En general, quedamos satisfechos. ##### Silvia W. Los dueños viven al lado y siempre pendiente de cualquier cosa que te surja. El merendero es un gusto para hacer barbacoas a la sombrita, su enfríador de botellas y fregadero junto a la barra es ideal para que el que hace la barbacoa también esté muy cómodo. La Piscina muy bonita y cuidada. Las bicis ideales para dar una vuelta por la zona. La casa muy limpia y cuidada y con todos los detalles. La zona tranquilísima en los pinares pero a un salto de restaurantes y comercios de el Colorado. Mención especial para el "Hiper los Pinos" que está a 5 minutos a pie, y tiene precios muy buenos y una gran variedad de productos. ##### DESIREE D. Espectacular fin de semana! Sin duda alguna, una de las mejores casas rurales en las que he estado, mira que no soy mucho de dar mi opinión, pero en este caso la recomiendo ya que me gustaría que alguien me la hubiera recomendado mucho antes. Repetiremos! No le faltaba ningún detalle a la casa, tenía de todo y estaba muy limpia. Las bicicletas tenian las ruedas un poco desinfladas, avisamos a Juan y en 1 minuto estaba su hijo ayudándonos a inflarlas, no tuvimos ningún tipo de problema para nada. Incluso un botiquín en el baño y un pequeño extintor en la cocina. Dormitorios y baños muy amplios, todo muy nuevo, limpio y cuidado al detalle. La zona de barbacoa y porches fantástica, incluso con levante que nos hizo, se nota que está bien orientada. Mi hijo de 4 años no se quería volver a casa. Pool, Außengrillplatz, Außenjalousien und Klimaanlage zumindest im Wohnzimmer. Mich haben die Mückengitter an allen Fenstern begeistert, obwohl wir kaum Mücken hatten. Mit den rundum vergitterten Fenster konnte man nachts prima lüften, um die Räume abzukühlen. Die beiden kleinen Schlafräume heizen sich ab 30 Grad schon ziemlich auf. Der Pool ist sauber und ausreichend groß. Die Ruhe am Pool hängt von den Nachbarn ab, da man Mauer an Mauer wohnt. Wir hatten weitgehend Glück und ab 22:00 haben die deutschen Urlauber nebenan die Techno-Musik leise gestellt. Offizielle Ruhezeiten sind 24:00 bis 10:00\. Nur die Fahrräder sind nicht gut in Schuss und höchstens für Kinder zu gebrauchen. Ansonsten hat alles prima funktioniert und Juan hat umgehend eine Gasflasche ausgetauscht als uns das warme Wasser wegblieb. De foto\\'s geven goed beeld van de werkelijkheid. De woning was zeer schoon en de bedden zijn van goede kwaliteit. Het enige minpuntje van deze woning is de wat beperkte opbergruimte in de keuken. Un lugar maravilloso, para ir con nuestros peques, que disfrutaron de estar correteando por el amplio jardín, disfrutando de la comida en el porche de la barbacoa. La casa lo tiene todo. Cerca de ambiente si lo quieres, aunque por nuestra parte queríamos relax, y lo tuvimos. Lugar tranquilo. Y si hubiera hecho mejor tiempo, por supuesto que la piscina hubiera sido usada mucho. En nuestro caso, la disfrutamos un día. Recomendable 100%. Y los dueños y quien se encarga de atenderte, genial. En cualquier momento te atienden, además están cerquita. This was a dream holiday and one of pure relaxation. The pool was the main attraction and our 2 children (11 and 7) spent most of the time in or beside it. It is very clean and was even cleaned during our stay. The house (casa anita) was spacious and cool - in fact we didn\\'t even turn on the air-con as it\\'s cool and we had no need despite 36 degree heat outside. The bbq area was put to good use and we all loved that there were always places in the shade to relax and read a book. The owner lives close by so all it takes is a phone call and he will respond to any needs or questions. We loved it and Conil is only a short drive away where we were able to stock up on essentials, go to the beach or go for a walk along the promenade. We will definitely be back. ##### Georgina C. ---
