  • Beautiful "rustico" cottage "De Piedra". 7 km from the centre of Conil de la Frontera, 8 km from the sea. Private: property 700 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 90 - 185 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, patio, barbecue house. 500 m long bumpy motor access to the grounds. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, bus stop 6 km, railway station 40 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Access to the pool from the garden via a wooden boardwalk.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), electric heater. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), electric heater. Open kitchen (mini-oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4).
