Pros: Das Haus ist sehr sauber, funktional und praktisch ausgestattet und der Vermietet ist eine liebenswürdige und kundenorientierte Person. Es hat alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt im heißen Andalusien braucht, vor allem die Klimaanlage ist an heißen Tagen unverzichtbar. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen und darüber hinaus (z. B. Stabmixer, Espressokanne) ausgestattet. Cons: Da das Haus etwas außerhalb liegt, muss man sich an den nächtlichen Lärm der Wachhunde der Umgebung erst gewöhnen.
