"All was as expected for a hotel, clean and friendly staff. Did have to ask staff for an item and there was no hesitation to provide it. Saturday night there was no parking available, but thankfully there was a lot next door that we could park in. Check in was at 4:00 instead of 3:00. We were happy to explore downtown while we waited. Overall, no problems and we were satisfied."
