"It was humid and wet. And you could smell it. Not good heating. I expected a different comfort from a place rated that high. No breakfast. Very disappointing. Era umido. "The hotel itself and the staff are fabulous. The problem was with the air conditioner. It never got the room under 26 degrees celc. Which was extremely uncomfortable. I kept calling and going down to the front desk and they said they would fix it but it never worked so we left a day early and found another hotel. Breakfast was yummy. Pool was nice. Everything super clean. Rooms nice. Beds comfy. Big shower. Lots of shopping around. Just dont count on the air to be working. "
