"Very beautiful property. The only problem was I had booked a junior suit and in the description I was told we have a separate bedroom and living room, however, we were given a bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed with no separate space. I had to pay and upgrade for a better room since the space was not appropriate for us. "

"Amazingly preserved hotel at the top of the mountain. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The hotel restaurant was some of the best food we had in Italy. Many of the local restaurants and hotels had closed for the season but this hotel is a rare gem. There is a tennis court and a pool and plenty of hiking trails right from the property. Spa was nice as well."

"Average Dated facility with leaky shower, water all over the floor. Refrigerator was not clean. Beds uncomfortable. Breakfast was good as was the view. We don’t believe it should be rated as high as it is. "
