Relaxing stay. Good amenities. Breakfast hours could start later as vacationers with kids are usually not up at 6:30 am. By 9:00 am, breakfast items were mostly all out.

Let me start with our room service. It was semi cleaned the first day and was never cleaned the days after. No clean towels were provided for us so we had to use the pool towels provided downstairs. We did call the front desk about our room not being cleaned and was told someone will get to it. (Never happened) We also asked the cleaning staff for help when on our floor but were rude when asked about towels or when our room will be cleaned. Pool area was ok and clean but the hot tub was very dirty. Beach access was nice and place did have a nice beach view. Bar service was good and drinks were on point so thank you to bar staff. Hotel location was convenient and not far from any restaurants. There was construction being done at the front of the hotel which made it tricky to drive in from the main street. Destin beach was about 15-20 min from hotel, depending on traffic. We did get rain on our first couple days but made the best of it. Overall, will most likely never stay here again due to poor room service.

Overall the entire team/staff were awesome and room and hotel was terrific!
