The apartment, 130m2, consists of a large living room, with living room and dining room; a large separate kitchen with all the household appliances (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food processor, steamer, electric mixer ...) ; 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with a single bed and a double sofa bed, plus an extra single bed if necessary); a beautiful bathroom and a separate toilet; and 2 terraces (one with sun lounger, the second with a small table and garden chairs where you can have a drink or a coffee). The apartment is accessed by a private entrance which opens onto a wide marble and wrought iron staircase. It is the only rental apartment, it occupies the entire first floor and is completely independent. You can park 2 cars in front of the villa entrance, on a private parking lot.
