"Very friendly and every time smiling service. They are well trained, but also hard treated by the boss. For example he never smiled or said hello. You feel this like a guest, too. We had a room on poolside. They rooms are very modern and comfy, but in the 3 rooms we went in had big mold patches everywhere. Everyday we had to pay our bills, like the ones for dinner. We asked for paying at checkout, they said itā€™s impossible etc. At the same moment our friends who sit next to us and can speak...

"Lovely hotel in a great location to the centre with nice rooms and great breakfast. However, Sao Tome has frequent power cuts and the hotel does not have a generator which means you could be out hours or even without any electricity or internet. This isn't great for paying guests."
