"This was a good balance of camping and luxury, although be prepared to lean in a little more onto the camping side as a lot of work was required to stay comfortable. Be prepared to create and maintain your own heat source. We had to wake up a few times to keep the fire going in the wood stove to stay warm. And bring an extra 5 gallon water as the hose and shower were not operating properly. Besides roughing it a little more that we expected, the bed was really comfortable, the outdoor kitchen was large, and the hot tub was a relaxing touch. There is a main road for the community out front so we experienced some traffic noise but the surrounding trees helped to feel secluded. The host answered all of our questions in a timely manner."

"Staff was friendly. The Wi-Fi was good. The room was clean. Location is fantastic for access to the freeway as well as food and gas and otherwise. The walls are a little thin as I could hear the TV from the neighbor. "

"The cabin was such a treat. We loved sitting on the deck with a glass of wine and gazing at the pond. The hot tub was great for pond gazing also. John and Mary have thought of everything to make the cabin a special place. Highly recommend."

"My stay was great. Clean room, comfortable beds, nice pool and hot tub. Tracy, who was at the front counter during check-in was super friendly and accommodating. I asked for an extra bed because my girls are super tall, and she understood that right away. "

"The cabin is located on a beautiful, private piece of land with many indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and detach the craziness of the world. The kitchen is well appointed enabling you to concoct whatever culinary delights will warm your heart. The covered hot tub is a delight at the end of a day of hiking. There is a lot of natural beauty along Highway 20. You will, of course, want to enjoy the on-property waterfall, but don't the Hegg-Benson trail along Barr Creek just up the road from the cabin.If you are looking for a place in the Highway 20 corridor, I highly recommend this one!"

"The cabin was very nice, loved the area. Only nit picky thing that I wish it had was a small microwave or at least put in the description that it only has 2 hot plates and a mini fridge, no oven. And WiFi available for emergencies in case cell reception is spotty. Otherwise I had a wonderful stay. It was very clean. Complex was easy to find, my particular cabin was a little confusing to find at first, on the map the cabins are numbered, but the cabins aren’t numbered there they have names. Other than that it was easy, relaxing, and quiet stay. Perfect getaway weekend. "
