The room I purchased was given to someone else. Once they decided to put us in another room, they gave us double bed when I purchased a king. The card for the parking didn’t work so had to go back again to fix that. Then the sports lounge has cockroaches on the floor that I also recorded to report. ...

AC kept room cold. Room clean and fresh scent. Wash cloths and towels need to be washed twice. Room floors should be cleaned more than once and attention to corners and under AC/Heater.
