Featuring three spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, it provides ample space for comfortable living. The open floor concept creates a seamless flow throughout the home, enhancing the sense of space and light. The living area opens up to a beautifully landscaped backyard, making it an ideal space for enjoying outdoor activities. Master bedroom is on the opposite side of the home and has its own dedicated master bath with an overhead rain shower. There is ample parking in the driveway and on the street in front of the house. There are no parties or large gatherings allowed, this is a quiet residential neighborhood and we ask that our guests respect our neighbors. Guests who stay more than 30 days are required to sign a lease separate from Airbnb. Guest Access: Guests have access to the whole house except for the garage. BART stops in multiple locations throughout the Bay Area. Walnut Creek is just two stops away with multiple high end restaurants and bars. Downtown Walnut Creek is also just a 15-20 minute drive depending on traffic.
