Staff was less than accommodating - check in was not smooth or correct. We received the wrong room type and were not compensated in any way.

Paying For PARKING

Pros: Room, bed, staff, pool!
Cons: I would accept it easier if they upped the price of the room by $20 and just let me park my car!!
Location: Concord/ Concord Pavilion
Our hotel stay was wonderful. The staff was friendly and the room was great (bathroom was a bit small). The one and only complaint I have is that they charged for PARKING!! I have stayed in hotels all over California, Oregon, Nevada and Mexico and this is the first time I have had to pay to park my car at a hotel that I paid for a room in. This is the one reason I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel but loud

I have stayed at this hotel a few times. But it was loud the last time. Lots of people stay due to parties and not wanting to drive. We were next to a customer that kept going in and out of their room at 3:00 in morning and I have a new born. Not a very good sleep that night even though beds were comfortable.

Nickel & Dimed

They charge for everything... Just quote the total price! We enjoyed our stay and felt with all of the up charges the price was reasonable, but the nickel and dime approach to pricing got old very quickly.

RUDE STAFF WILL NOT STAY AGAIN

Pros: Close to gymnastics camp girls were going to. That is it!!
Cons: Be friendly and helpful. Have a manager upfront to help. Know your pricing!!
Location: restaurants shopping gymnastics camp.
Checking in staff was very rude. I tried to pay cash for my room and they wouldn't allow it so i had to use a credit card i didn't want to use for the full purchase price. Asked for a manager and the said he was unavailable. Many people were asking for a manager. Parking was a joke priced was lower online then what the hotel said it was breakfast was stated as half the price per person online then when i got there then the next day when i went to purchase breakfast they said oit was even more. Feels like a scam to me. I even had a printout with me of there prices and they would not honor them. My room's bathroom was awful. The faucet pulled away from the wall in the shower and there was no water from 10 am to i'm not sure when. When i finally had water again it was brown!! Restaurant staff was rude and acted as if we were wasting their time. We ordered food and alcohol we were good customers. We would have purchased more,but not with their attitudes. By the pool where lots of gymnastics girls ages 8 to 14 were hotel staff was smoking around the pool. We will never be back to this hotel again

expediaで予約したにもかかわらず、レセプショニストの回答は予約が入っていない。 一体どうゆうことだ? レセプショニストの対応も横柄で、申し訳ないの一言もない。 二度とhiltonconcordは予約しない。

Will not be staying here again RUDE STAFF

Pros: The hotel was clean and the only friendly people were the cleaning staff and the bus boy in the restaurant. Nothing else was a good experience.
Cons: The staff needs to be friendly and helpful. The management needs to be present!!!
Location: There were restaurants and shopping near by. We were there for a gymnastics camp down the road.
When we first arrived at this hotel there was not a single place to park to get inside to check in. Once we were able to go inside and check in the staff was very rude to all the customers waiting. It took almost 45 minutes just to check in. As advertised parking was 15.00 per night and breakfast was $7.50 per person each day. Hotel said that was wrong parking was 19.00 per day and breakfast was 14.99. I even had the printout saying the cost of breakfast and parking. They would not honor the breakfast and rudely accepted the parking price. We are used to paying to park but, this location was not a place you should have to pay. There were malsl all around with ample free parking for customers and our parking lot was not covered or secured and was huge. Paying to park was a complete joke!! We repeatedly asked for a manager and no manager would come down. We heard others asking for a manager with the same response. This hotel was busy and a manager should have been at the front desk supporting it's staff. As we were checking in we were also told the water would be shut off for several hours starting at 10 am. That was not ok with us, but what are you going to do. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. We purchase food from the local Safeway for breakfast for the kids .We ate 1 time at the restaurant in the hotel. Extremely Rude Staff. We ordered food and drinks and would have ordered more,but waitress acted like we were a pain in her behind. Restaurant wasn't busy!

Cons: 予約の再確認。
Location: ロケーションとしてはよいと思う。
最悪なホテルでした。エクスペディアで予約確認、カードで決済済みにも関わらず、チェックイン時に予約がないとのこと。 エクスペディアのサポートに連絡して、ホテルと交渉してもらっても変わらず。別のホテルを予約するのに、1時間かかり、 午後9時に別のホテルにチェックイン。なぜ、エクスペディアから予約が行ってなかったのかもわからす。1週間経ったいまも、 説明なし。
