Unsatisfactory

Posted 10-May-2017
Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were flat, $19 self parking in their lot, and dead bugs on bathroom ceiling

Better options available!!!

Posted 01-May-2017
Unfortunately this hotel charges for parking & in room wifi. Absolutely no reason to charge for these items. Parking in the area is abundant and is not security patrolled, so not exactly sure why the hotel charges for this. In room wifi should be a standard amenity but is not at this hotel. Disappointing!!! We will find a better option next time we are in the area. Also please be aware there are no microwaves in the rooms - just a tip for traveling families. A lot to be desired is a mild way to put it.

Checked in late. Valets people were nice. The receptionist was rude. No free parking for hotel guest. Not cool. Should of stayed at a best western for the price

Exceptional!

Posted 28-Mar-2017
Pros: Very clean and open.
Cons: Just the in room dining menu. Very limited.
Location: Excellent, close to many strip malls, food, gyms, and play lands for the kids. Right off the freeway and centrally located.
So we happened into this Hilton this past weekend, my daughter and myself. I must say, everything was clean, and very open. The staff was friendly and the rooms are great. we spent most of our time at the pool, great facility btw. The only suggestion I would make is to possibly consult with the chef for a menu with more choices for room service other than pizza, salad and sandwiches. Other than that IO would say this place with definitely be on our radar or next trip into town.

No Free Parking- what an unpleasant surprise!

Posted 20-Mar-2017
Pros: clean and new
Cons: There should be free parking for hotel guests. This hotel isn't in a high demand area. I felt like I was being squeezed for an additional $20 a day!
Location: plenty of shopping and decent American franchise restaurants.
No Free Parking = what an unpleasant surprise! There should be free parking for hotel guests. This hotel isn't in a high demand area. I felt like I was being squeezed for an additional $20 a day! Go to the Marriott. With all of the expenses you will get a better hotel with a more honest price.

Not worth the money.

Posted 14-Mar-2017
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: The extra amenities are a given at honest hotels.
Charges for parking, water, breakfast and internet are truly uncalled for. I would not recommend this place to anyone local or from abroad. A simple term sums up this sad experience: nick·el-and-dime ˌnikəl ən ˈdīm/ NORTH AMERICANinformal verb 1. put a financial strain on (someone) by charging small amounts for many minor services.

Nice hotel close to mall and shopping. Rooms nice

Posted 11-Mar-2017
Parking is over priced at $19 day. And you have to pay for wifi. You can get free wifi at Starbucks or the Panera bread across the street yet you pay for a room and have to pay for wifi?! I find that such a money grab on the hotels part.
