Nice hotel close to many restaurants!

Friendly accommodating staff! Comfortable bed for great night of sleep! Parking fee was a surprise but convenient.

Good hotel for local travel and work

Pros: I love the in-hotel restaurant. It has tasty food and a good happy hour and also tasty draft beer.
Cons: see above.
Location: This hotel is near my office, so that's all I do when in town!!
I like this hotel - it has comfortable rooms and nice staff. However, it has room for improvement! My shower ran out of hot water 2 days in a row!! I don't take long showers - just 4 minutes or so, but 2 days in a row my shower ran cold in the middle! I also think the breakfast experience could be improved. The food is very tasty but the portions are GIANT (wasteful) and it takes a long time from getting seated to get the food ordered and to my table. I think a buffet style or a line up to talk to the egg chef could be quicker. There is no quick option for breakfast.

Location good but hotel not up to the Hilton name

The location is convenient but check-in wasn't smooth. Our pre-paid reservation was for a room with a king bed. We were initially sent to a room with two double beds. When we finally go into the king-bed room, the bed was fine, but the sofa was stained and dilapidated. The breakfast was good, but we had paid up on the room rate to get it. We weren't prepared for a $19 parking fee, so be sure you check out the fees in the fine print before you accept the room rate. It wasn't terrible, but not what I expected.

Frontdesk staff was shockingly bad

I booked a room for my wife and two kids while traveling for the holidays. I paid the additional charge for breakfast. The next morning I was informed that breakfast was only included for adults, but not kids. I asked the front desk staff if she really thought that policy would cover adults, but not kids. She repeated no kids were covered for breakfast even though they were registered, paid for, and we opted for the additional breakfast charge. We also osos a pet surcharge and for parking Total crap across the board. I went to the room, we packed up and were in the way out. When we were on the way out the door ( and after I presented confirmation that kids’ breakfast was included) did they offer my two kids breakfast. I worked in the front office of a hotel for 5 years. This place had Really crappy service, especially for a Hilton. Not Recommended.

The Hilton Hotel was overall good and very cozy such a nice hotel but some hotel staff (house keeping and front desk at night) needs to be more hospitable because the hotel industry is all about hospitality. And also, they need to smile more when interacting with guests so the guest can feel at home and more satisfied or appreciated. That’s all, thank you very much Hilton Concord!

Cons: The Wi Fi was terrible. Other were having the same problem. Used my own data. The restaurant was very noisy no matter when we were there.
The staff was very helpful and courteous. The lobby very inviting and clean.

Staff not friendly nor accommodating.

After and hour in the room I adjusted the temperature setting and smoke alarm went of and room smelled like a cat burning. My husband went down to advise the staff about the bad smell and fire alarm they said they would send someone up. After nobody showed up and breathing the burnt Cat smell I went down to front desk. Again staff not friendly acted as if I were a bother and not a paying customer. I inquired about the person who was going to come up to the room. The staff said there wasn’t anyone to send up. Was not happy with them asked for a different room. Would never was my money staying there again

Urban Hotel in Suburbia

Cons: I was a little surprised by the parking that was an additional cost.
Upscale hotel with great public and private areas that include a relaxing patio area, It felt like an oasis in the midst of the suburban sprawl.
