To hot water at night, don't control the water heater. Has to shower early before not more cold water to regulate the temperate water.

Hilton needs work

The location was good but it was outdated. The fan/heater was very old and was too loud to leave it on. It was noisy. The room had some updates but not enough or thought out.

It was nice

room did not have a tv remote or a digital clock. room service menu was found behind the couch and underneath the bed does not seem to be cleaned often.

We had a nice comfortable stay. Room was quiet and room was comfortable and quiet.

Dirty floors. Unorganized staff. Expensive parking

Never again. Awful place. Messed up the reservation. Room was dirty. Floors need to be cleaned. $19 parking?? This hotel isn’t near anything. Makes no sense. Just avoid.

Please accept my apologies for the issues you noted with your guest rooms which is by no means the typical standards by which we operate, and also regarding parking, we we implemented the secure self parking for our guests to enhance security, spot availability, and improvements in bell, door, and concierge services. We also added Valet as an upgraded service option, as this is something many of our guests have been asking for over the past few years. We appreciate your business and should you grant us a second chance, we feel confident in our ability to handle your next visit in a manner more in keeping with the Hilton tradition.

Family vacation

Pros: Clean, quiet and comfortable
Cons: Shower was clean, but water pressure wasn’t great

It’s changed for sure.

I have had better experiences with this particular hotel. I use to come here VERY often and the staff and rooms were so much better than this last experience. The room itself could’ve been cleaned better than it was. The comforter and sheets looked like they weren’t washed very well. The floor wasn’t vacuumed and the bathroom wasn’t swept. The overall presentation this time wasn't to my satisfaction. However, I still love Hilton hotels!

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice. I traveled without a phone charger and she went above and beyond and charged my phone for me using her own charger. Staff members like that is what makes companies stand out from others. I apologize I forgot her name. She was working the night of March 7 and morning of March 8.
