Never again. Awful place. Messed up the reservation. Room was dirty. Floors need to be cleaned. $19 parking?? This hotel isn’t near anything. Makes no sense. Just avoid.

Please accept my apologies for the issues you noted with your guest rooms which is by no means the typical standards by which we operate, and also regarding parking, we we implemented the secure self parking for our guests to enhance security, spot availability, and improvements in bell, door, and concierge services. We also added Valet as an upgraded service option, as this is something many of our guests have been asking for over the past few years. We appreciate your business and should you grant us a second chance, we feel confident in our ability to handle your next visit in a manner more in keeping with the Hilton tradition.
