Hotel was nice and clean but had a few issues.

The bathroom lighting was horrible. The amenities weren't replenished. The bed was super uncomfortable. They put me and my husband in a room with double beds instead of putting us in a king size bed.

Unfortunately this hotel charges for parking & in room wifi. Absolutely no reason to charge for these items. Parking in the area is abundant and is not security patrolled, so not exactly sure why the hotel charges for this. In room wifi should be a standard amenity but is not at this hotel. Disappointing!!! We will find a better option next time we are in the area. Also please be aware there are no microwaves in the rooms - just a tip for traveling families. A lot to be desired is a mild way to put it.

There was no gift shop and there were not toiletries available ... one of the employees was young and rather unresponsive and bordering rude about my question about it. Other than that, the hotel was convenient, very comfortable and very clean. Good food and lounge and overall a good experience at a very fair price.

Rooms are great service not so great. Front desk seemed meh about things, booked room with two beds and got one(front desk did not notify us and only learned when we got to the room), bar was closed and bartender said we are done in a fu kinda way. If you book a room with 2 beds that's what you should get and if you can't offer that the front desk should notify you when you arrive.

BECAUSE WE HILTON WOULD NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION SINCE I PAYED HOTEL 1 DAY PRIOR - OUR DRIVER COULD NOT STAY SO WE HAD TO SEND HIM TO THE MARRIOTT WHO WAS GLADLY TO ACCEPT OUR CC INFORMATION FOR HIM TO STAY...I AM AWAITING CHARGEBACK ON THIS SINCE OUR DRIVER COULD NOT STAY

Checked in late. Valets people were nice. The receptionist was rude. No free parking for hotel guest. Not cool. Should of stayed at a best western for the price
