Frontdesk staff was shockingly bad
I booked a room for my wife and two kids while traveling for the holidays. I paid the additional charge for breakfast. The next morning I was informed that breakfast was only included for adults, but not kids.
I asked the front desk staff if she really thought that policy would cover adults, but not kids. She repeated no kids were covered for breakfast even though they were registered, paid for, and we opted for the additional breakfast charge. We also osos a pet surcharge and for parking Total crap across the board.
I went to the room, we packed up and were in the way out. When we were on the way out the door ( and after I presented confirmation that kids’ breakfast was included) did they offer my two kids breakfast.
I worked in the front office of a hotel for 5 years. This place had Really crappy service, especially for a Hilton.
