The breakfast have three choices of breakfast but the “American coffee” doesn’t come with milk it’s an extra charge if you wanted light. The bed was a full size with only two small pillows, no tv in the room, no comforter just a flat sheet covered the bed, I stayed there for two uncomfortable nights. Also they have a sign in the bedroom to “not” to throw the bathroom tissue in the toilet but they don’t clean the room on a daily basis so it was a little funky smell in the room. I didn’t realized that I needed to pay at check in and they charged me an extra 4% charge for using my credit card. The weather was not the best it was raining so I feel like I wasted my vacation time there." The owner was very responsive and helped coordinate our transportation and tours. We felt safe and supported by staff with finding restaurants, taxis and information we needed for enjoying the area. The hotel was very pretty with lovely palms of every kind all around. We were able to use the refrigerator and kitchen. Some families used the barbecues to enjoy meals. They even have a local menu that you can order from and have delivered with seafood. Each room has a hammock and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very attentive to our every need. The hotel is quiet and located about 6 minutes from Puerto Lopez, which makes it very convenient for getting to tours and back. Highly recommend!
