One of the 2 beds in our room was extremely squeaky. Heard this same complaint when at the front desk. They were receptive to the man who complained by giving him a room discount; however, despite our identical issues being voiced back to back, we were not offered any discount.

The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast was okay, everything is dated and the little improvements that have been made seem to be cheaply made, bulging vinyl tiles on hallways that can cause problems for handicapped people and should not be used in a hotel hallway or elsewhere in a commercial establishment. Hot tub broken, the gym is the most pathetic gym that I have ever seen in hotel anywhere in the world.

Very disappointed with breakfast. Very limited food when we arrived 1hr before closing. Advised they had run out of butter. Only 6 slices brown bread left. Yogurt, pastries, fruit all run out. Lovely receptionist apologized. They did have scrambled egg & sausages.
