Gave up on this hotel!!
This hotel has not done anything to improve their internet service, it is limited in the lobby and useless in the rooms. This is an expensive hotel for what they have to offer. Will look for other options when headed to Comodoro, as we have made this complaint several times to the hotel and nothing has been done to fix this ir improve their internet aervice, have A/C in the rooms or fans, so you don’t open the windows at night as it has too much noise from the road.

Terrible hotel and disgusting breakfast
Terrible hotel with terrible attitude from untrained and unprofessional staff. Worst breakfast in Argentina: this '5 stars' establishment refused to give us even some boiled eggs as the existing selection was appalling. we had problem checking in with our hotels.com voucher, and spent hours arguing that we should not be paying twice for prepaid reservation

No Air conditioning in the complete hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Too much use of "flower spray" all over the hotel.

Overall excellent. Everything was great..food, service, facilities, etc. A GREAT place to stay. ONE extremely serious complaint......both Expedia and the Hotel state that there is a provision for Wi-Fi and Internet service. On every floor. This is an IMPERATIVE in my case as it is a WORK TOOL that I MUST HAVE available 24 hours a day. IT DID NOT WORK. I had to go to the lobby from the 5th floor EVERY TIME I had to use the Internet or Wi-Fi. This was brought to the attention of the hotel personnel with no remedy in sight. I paid a considerable amount of money for my stay and expected to get what I paid for. IN THIS REGARD I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR.

Regarding the delivery receipt , it is clear that service is provided by hotels.com to you, therefore they are who must give you a receipt for your stay. Lucania Palazzo Hotel agrees with Hotels.com payment of accommodation in exchange for a receipt for the requesting agency . Muy buen hotel.
En líneas generales es un muy buen hotel, solucionaron los problemas con mi reserva muy rápido, pero resulta inentendible que se me cobrara 400 pesos argentinos, por la utilización de la cochera, en circunstancias que, al momento de la reserva, señalaban que contaban con ella, sin indicar que era pagada. En otras circunstancias habría buscado otro alojamiento, pero la reserva ya se encontraba pagada.

es Hotel
Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit relativ grossen Zimmern. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das WiFi ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist für ein 4 * Hotel etwas mangelhaft. Insgesamt ist es aber ein schönes und elegantes Hotel.

Ya había estado hace unos años atrás y realmente me sorprendió como bajo la calidad, sobre todo del restaurante, la comida no fue buena, la atención lenta y el desayuno poco variado. Tampoco había al menos 1 agua de cortesía en la habitación. No esta a la altura del valor que pague.

Muchas espectativas y una gran desilusión
Hotel de cuatro estrellas que tiene personal parco y poco acogedor, desayuno mediocre, baño con toallas de baño que parecen para la cara por lo pequeñas y finalmente un hotel de ese precio no puede caer en la pequeñez de cobrar aparte la cochera. Pésima experiencia no lo recomiendo

Falta calidez en la atención del personal administrativo. Además, no me extendieron factura con la excusa de que le facturan a hoteles.com, no me queda claro si le facturan con IVA, sospecho que no ya que todavía no recibí respuesta.
Buenas Tardes Ante todo lamentamos los inconvenientes ocasionados. El pago del servicio es provisto por Hotels.com, por lo tanto es a ellos a quien va dirigida la factura por el servicio de alojamiento. Al tratarse de un servicio tercerizado (Huesped-Agencia-Hotel), la agencia es la encargada de gestionar su factura o recibo. Lucania Palazzo Hotel cuenta con habilitacion comercial para realizar facturaciones como Responsable Inscripto y Consumidor Final. Bajo disposicion de la AFIP se requiere el Formulario 8001 para poder generar facturas tipo A (Responsable Inscripto). Hotels.com recibe sus facturas fuera del pais, por lo tanto no se genera discriminacion de impuestos, solo facturacion tipo B. Sin embargo Lucania Palazzo Hote, bajo disposicion de la AFIP, esta obligado a generar una factura contra el servicio. Todo huesped que abone su alojamiento in situ, o agencia que realice un pago mediante transferencia bancaria o deposito, recibe su factura correspondiente. Todas nuestras tarifas incluyen IVA, sin excepciones. Ante cualquier duda estamos a su disposicion y nuevamente lamentamos las molestias que hayamos podido ocasionarle. De todas formas aceptamos sus apreciaciones y estaremos atentos a la atencion de nuestro personal, para poder corregir cualquier falta de calidez que exista. Nuestro objetivo es hacer sentir a los huespedes como en su propio hogar. Esperamos tenerlo nuevamente entre nuestros huespedes y lograr mejorar su percepcion para con nosotros. Muchas Gracias!
