Single-story cottage, converted from an old farmhouse, adjoining another cottage, located in a hamlet on a 3000 m² enclosed property. The house offers a living/dining/kitchen area with a decorative fireplace, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, and 4 bedrooms (3 single beds) (2 twin beds) (2 single beds) (1 double bed, 2 pull-out single beds). The accommodation is suitable for people with reduced mobility. There is a 100 m² enclosed garden, 2 terraces (garden furniture, barbecue, pergola). A rail bike is 500 m away.  
  
A reception room, available for rent on weekends only, is located on the property. Optional extras: End-of-stay cleaning: €80/stay; Bed linen rental (1 and 2 people): €10/bed/stay; Towel rental: €5/person/stay. Additional charges: Tourist tax.
